Friday Scraps

{Fruit + Waffles}

. I’m blogging from Colorado this week! I’m home to attend the wedding of a very dear friend and I have wedding fever like whoa.  These cinematic wedding stories make my heart go pitter patter.

. Oh. Gasp. This brand and retail identity for Theurel & Thomas pâtisserie knocked my socks off. And made me desperate for a big glass jar of macarons in my house (or at my wedding someday?!). Found via the always gorgeous Black Eiffel.

. Stephmodo’s version of French s’mores were a must-try at Del Valle this weekend. Photos coming next week, but let’s just say that box of LU cookies didn’t make it home with us…

. This bag looks like exactly what my trusty steed Vivienne (yep, I named my little white bike after my favorite old movie star Vivien Leigh!) needs for picnics and trips to the Embarcadero Farmer’s Market! It looks like it would be so lightweight. Until you weigh it down with produce, that is.

. The wedding dress shop near my office had this glowy, flouncy creation on display last week, so I promptly started a love affair with it. We couldn’t help ourselves. I love how the beading makes it feminine, yet modern.

From the square state, to your state – whatever state you’re in – happy weekend!

      We totally loved them – such a great idea.

      The 70% cacao was available and I am a dark chocolate kind of girl, so that’s what I bought. It paired wonderfully with almond butter, strangely. So delicious!

      Which did you like best? Do your kiddos have a preference, or was this strictly a decadent grown-up treat?
